SuperQube
I lead the technical direction and development of advanced AI solutions at SuperQube. I helped get the company off the ground and shaped the way we use AI agents in development, from initial analysis and design through to deployment.
On client projects, I work on system architecture, model selection, data and integration with existing business systems. That includes deciding which steps AI can carry out independently, where automation takes over and where a person needs to make the decision.
Alongside client projects, we’re developing Qubio Team, our own app built around a team of AI agents for businesses.
AI development and integrations
Freelance
I connect language models to business databases, documents and applications. My experience includes systems that retrieve answers from internal company sources (RAG), locally hosted models and advanced voice applications. I’ve also worked on search across catalogues of up to a million items, as well as product matching.
My integration work covers APIs, large-scale data processing, parallel execution and real-time data synchronisation, including handling errors and exceptions.

Programme design and team support
My learning programmes also address the environment people need to work with AI. I help teams choose suitable tools, establish clear rules for working safely and get ongoing guidance and support.
I work with management and teams to give people room to develop their own ideas, assess their value and share what works. The aim is for AI use to grow across the business, rather than depend on a handful of enthusiasts.

Workshops, hackathons and conferences
I share experience from my own projects through team training and conference talks. I also lead hackathons where we build solutions together.
One online hackathon brought together more than 500 participants. We built AI solutions live, step by step, while participants followed the process and created their own.
